I confirm that I am responsible for deciding whether I am able to take part safely in the Changing Faces Confidence Walk. I understand that taking part in an outdoor walking event involves normal risks associated with walking in public spaces and that participating in this outdoor walk involves inherent risks and that Changing Faces accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained before, during, or after the event.

• I agree to follow reasonable instructions given by the event organisers and to behave responsibly and considerately towards other participants. 

I understand that:

• If I choose not to complete the full route, I will be responsible for making my own onward travel arrangements from the point at which I leave the walk. 
• I should inform Changing Faces in advance of any accessibility requirements or adjustments I may need so that these can be discussed with me. 
• Changing Faces may alter or cancel the event if circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
